08. The price of the goods is written on the pages for presentation of the respective goods. All prices are final with all taxes and fees included. Including VAT. The price does not include the transport of goods.

10. Method of payment.
Cash on delivery:
Payment of the due price of the goods and delivery costs is made upon receipt by the customer who ordered the goods or by a third party on his behalf, provided that he confirms the receipt and identity of the ordered goods.
If a third party undertakes to accept and confirm receipt of the ordered goods on behalf of the original customer who placed the order, the latter has no right to return the goods or object to the delivery.
By bank transfer:
With this type of payment, you must make a bank transfer to our bank account, which we will indicate in the pro forma invoice issued by us. The order made by you will be executed immediately upon receipt of the transfer.
11. The value of the transport costs for delivery are at our expense for all orders over BGN 500. For orders under BGN 500. transport costs are at your expense. The amount you have to pay to the courier upon delivery / cash on delivery / for orders under BGN 500. is the value of the ordered goods + the delivery amount.
12. Orders placed through the SITE www.sattvshop.com are processed during business hours and sent as follows:
- Orders are processed within three working days and arrive at the customer

2. Acceptance of the goods by the consumer or by a third party other than the carrier and specified by the consumer - in the case of a contract of sale.

15. The consumer must bear the cost of returning the goods in case of exercise of the right of withdrawal.
16. All products offered by us have a legal warranty of 2 years.
In the event of a defect within the warranty period, contact us in a way convenient for you.
The warranty covers defects that have occurred during operation during the warranty period due to poor quality materials or improper workmanship.
The warranty is recognized only against an original warranty card, completed and signed, both by us and by the customer who purchased the goods and / or receipt.
Warranty service may be waived if:

- In case of attempt to eliminate the defect by unauthorized persons.
